My journalistic review of 2010

Leslieclegg

2010 was an interesting time of our times, we had politics, disasters, sports, more politics, more disasters and some more sports. Unique events also included births and deaths of humans and the discovery that Nick Clegg could be more than just a twat, he could be a lying twat. So here we go on this extensive review of the year that was.

Politics
The general elections generally found people voting for the wrong parties, broken promises and some old racist woman being insulted by being called a bigot.

Disasters
Those blatant polluters from Britain (ran by rich yanks) purposely broke a pipe spilling oil and giving small animals the just for men treatment.

Sports
Lots of people went to Africa to watch the World Cup, they spent a lot of money and came back really angry. I stayed at home and won £15, adequate emotion from me really.

More Politics
Wiki leaked some cables and Cable leaked some bullshit.

More Disasters
There was a sit down protest by some Chilean miners about Thatcher or something.

And Some More Sports
Vladimir Putin stole our World Cup with some cunning scheme involving the KGB and ice picks. Football in Russia? Moscow.

Births Of Humans
In a bizarre PR stunt, David Cameron had a posh baby and called it a posh name.

Deaths Of Humans
Leslie Nielsen of Naked Gun and other films fame passed on. He was 120years old, legally blind, was a silver fox and didn't like being called Shirley.

And here to sing us out, the pop sensations who hit it big in 2010
